The Team Metalogic Helpdesk allows you to access our Client Access Portal, online service and support management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll also find a whole host of documents, articles and user guides to download and keep. If you can’t find what you’re looking for we can access your system remotely to investigate any problems.

You can call or email us with any issues, but by far the quickest way to get in touch is by logging a support ticket through our Client Access Portal. Simply click on ‘Client Login’ in the menu on the right and you’ll be able to view every call logged with us.
