Starting a remote support session:
1. Click the lifesaver icon below to download our one-time access agent to your device.
2. Once downloaded, launch the program.
3. Give the 9-digit number to our engineer when prompted.
Ending a remote support session:
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
