Team Metalogic was founded by its current Managing Director, Michael Parfitt, as Metalogic New Media Ltd at the beginning of 2003. Following a two-year period of steady growth achieved by focusing on quality of service and the building of strong client relationships, the company was incorporated in June 2005 and now acts as an outsourced IT department for a wide range of businesses, removing the responsibility and worry of IT strategies, this allowing them to concentrate on their primary business activities.

Although a relatively young company, it is by no means limited in terms of expertise or experience and provides a fresh and modern approach to Information Technology with simplicity and professionalism at its core.

In an attempt to constantly improve and build on the services we offer, we are constantly reviewing our own internal systems and procedures, introducing the most up-to-date hardware and software. The recent upgrades of our Support Portal and remote support service have provided a more streamlined and effective service for our clients.

With our client portfolio growing, in June 2007 Metalogic acquired further office space at our premises in Abercynon and recruited additional support staff. Metalogic are able to service a wide geographical area with existing clients based both locally and nationally.

In early 2008, Metalogic New Media underwent rebranding and became ‘Team Metalogic Limited’. The new brand now reflects the extensive service portfolio and the extension of your ‘team’ by ours in our outsourced IT department service. With more growth and expansion planned for 2008, it’s onwards and upwards for Team Metalogic!

Team Metalogic offer three main services to small and medium enterprises; New Media / Web Development, IT Consultancy & Support and also communications services. With this in mind, it is possible to provide these SME’s with a complete IT service spanning from conception to implementation to maintenance.  This service is provided in an always professional and personalised manner, striving to serve businesses with the solutions they need, when they need them, at a cost that is both reasonable and justifiable.
