Business & Technology Assessments

As part of our Microsoft service offering we are able to provide new clients with a free, no-obligation business assessment.

We’ll come to your premises and spend some time with you discussing your business. Whilst doing this we’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps us to fully understand your business objectives and your attitudes towards IT. This way we’ll be able to identify the best ways you can benefit from technology. We’ll then prepare a report that summarises our discussions and highlights how we can help you further. You’ll probably find that you learn a lot about your own business simply by talking to us about it!

The next stage is our Technology Assessment. This examines the technology you currently use and what we think you’ll need in order to meet your objectives identified in the Business Assessment. This report will contain a three year IT plan and a full solution proposal including details of what hardware and/or software you need in order to implement the solution together with estimated costs. There is a small fee for this service, however we will provide a services credit equal to this amount should you implement the recommended solution that results from the assessment.
