PSTN (Public Services Telephone Network)

Analogue PSTN lines are a cost effective telephony solution providing a reliable and high quality service suitable for business customers. They are available in business single and business multi-line options.

ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network)

Digital ISDN lines are particularly suitable for businesses requiring simultaneous inbound/outbound calling capability and are completely flexible, easily accommodating growth and changing requirements within an organisation. For example, an organisation with 30 staff who has the requirement for each staff member to have their own inbound telephone number to receive calls, may only require a 6 simultaneous call capacity at one time. The ISDN solution in this case will be more appealing. We can provide both ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 lines.

ISDN lines are particularly suitable as a back-up connection for bespoke VoIP and leased lines solutions. In the case of a VoIP fault the back-up ISDN line can be used to re-route calls until the primary VoIP call routing is restored.

ISDN lines are available in the following two options:

ISDN2e - A 2 channel circuit which enables the user to make and receive 2 simultaneous calls. This option is particularly suitable for smaller organisations or those with limited calling requirements.

ISDN30e - Enables up to 30 simultaneous calls and facilitates an unlimited number of DDI's. This option is particularly suitable for larger organisations or those with extensive simultaneous calling requirements such as call centres.

Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS)

Our Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) service enables you to achieve substantial savings on your BT call charges. By working with alternative 1st class carriers, we are able to provide you high quality calls but with much cheaper call charges. You don't have to adhere to any minimum specifications other than the requirement of having a BT line. We use CPS technology that enables us to route your calls directly through BT's switch, after which we route them through a pre-designated carrier.
