Start Remote Support Session 

In order to provide you with the most effective support service we are able to connect to your computer system and take control of it remotely, as if we were sat right in front of it. This process is completely secure and we can only gain access to your system(s) with your explicit permission.

1. When prompted, choose 'Run' from the options presented in the security dialogue box.

2. Depending on your security settings, you may be presented with a second security warning, simply select 'Run' again.

3. You will need to provide the Support Agent with the Session ID number and password.

Once the remote control session is over, the Session ID becomes invalid and you will need to provide us with a new one for future remote control sessions.
