Whilst we’re a modest bunch at Team Metalogic, we also realise that it’s important to show what we’re capable of and what we’ve achieved.

Our team hold competencies in several areas including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, British Computer Society Professional Memberships, ITIL Service Management, and more.

Our Managing Director, Mike Parfitt, graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a BSc.(Hons) in Multimedia Computing. A member of the British Computer Society, he’s provided consultancy services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries for over fifteen years.

Our consultants, technical and admin staff are all fully CRB checked, credit checked and bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure your data and business remain safe.

Not forgetting everyone’s favourite member of the team, Dexter. He’s dynamic, well respected and always there when you need him. He’s also a French bulldog, but that doesn’t stop him from being an important part of Team Metalogic!

Awards & Accolades

When we say that we’re an experienced team we’re not exaggerating, we’ve got quite a few awards and accreditations under our belt! We're thrilled to be the only Welsh business to be named in the 2017 Top 50 Managed IT Firms in the UK.

The top 50 list, which was announced at a ceremony at the Institute of Directors, London in December 2017, was vigorously scrutinised with more than 200 questions being posed to the applicants during a three-month process.

Cyber Essentials is a cyber security standard, which certifies that an organisation has measures in place to mitigate the risk from common Internet based threats.

Organisations that achieve this certification prove that they take cyber security seriously and assure clients and third parties that have basic protection in place from the most prevalent forms of threats coming from the Internet.

The IASME standard was developed over several years during a Technology Strategy Board funded project to create an achievable cyber security standard for small companies.

The IASME standard is written along the same lines as the ISO27001 but specifically for small companies. The gold standard of IASME demonstrates baseline compliance with the international standard.
