Step 2 - Collating information

Our service desk team will input all the necessary details into our internal systems which will include V.I.P. contact information, contract information and all the information gathered in the initial audit visit. This will allow our teams to find out detailed information about your IT infrastructure as and when they need it. You will also be given access to this information.
