Horizon Hosted VoIP

Horizon is your business telephone service that sits in the cloud rather than your office. Providing an extensive range of fixed and mobile telephone capabilities, it’s easy to access through a simple to use web portal.

Switching from traditional telephones and lines to hosted VoIP is quick and easy. With no outlay, free and inclusive calls, it offers masses of call features and great voice quality. It works by sending your voice calls over an internet connection, in doing so you remove the need for physical lines. In doing so it provides a system that is flexible and adaptable, allowing you to easily add and remove users, change locations and move premises.

Lower costs: As your system is in the cloud, you only pay for what you need on a simple per-seat basis. As you’re not buying a PBX, there’s no major hardware investment and no financing costs to consider.
We offer all the benefits of IP telephony including free site-to-site calls and inclusive call bundles.

Choose your number, for everywhere: You have total flexibility with the numbers you want to use. You can keep your existing numbers or get new ones. Extend your business reach and use any local area number no matter where you are located. Have a Swansea number in Cardiff!
It conveniently integrates your fixed and mobile capabilities so that you never miss a call. Callers need only dial one number to reach your desk and mobile phone simultaneously; on-going calls can be moved seamlessly from one device to another without hanging up and a simple mailbox can be accessed from any device.

Flexible working and business continuity: TML Horizon helps businesses become more efficient by enabling flexible working environments through hotdesking, home working and extending the service to mobile devices.Unexpected events such as snow, flood or utility roadworks won’t disrupt your business. Because the system sits in the cloud, the service provides business continuity features that allow your organisation to carry on making and taking calls, whatever the circumstances.

Choice of handsets: A range of desktop handsets in addition to the ability to add the features to your apple or android phone through an app to handle calls.

Choice of subscription plans: Plans to suit your business. From single users to subscriptions for enture teams. Flexible and adaptable, we tailor plans to match the needs of your business – making it affordable for organisations of all sizes.

Easy to control: TML Horizon puts you in complete control of your phone system and comes with an extensive range of call handling and management features, all operated through an easy to use web interface.

Akixi Call Monitoring: Integrated call logging and reporting allows you to have greater visibility on you and your teams telephone activity and performance. Obtain real time analytics, monitor individuals activity and the ability to monitor trends and patterns. See the call journey from start to finish through the intuitive dashboard that provides understanding on call times, call volume, dropped calls and hold times amongst others.
Scalable and adaptable, there’s no outlay, just a single monthly per-user charge.

Connectivity

Now, more than ever before, staying connected is vital for business. We provide a range of high quality, reliable internet connection options to keep your business in touch with clients, suppliers and partners.

Whether you need internet access for your office or for homeworking, the combination of our product choice and our highly-skilled UK-based support teams makes our services a must have.

In addition to our standard broadband options (FTTC & FTTP) we can provide specialist connectivity products for IP telephone. Our Assured and Converged broadband products are designed specifically for use with our market-leading voice services, giving you all the benefits from buying an end-to-end telephony service from just one supplier.

We provide services exclusively to businesses, which means the network isn’t crowded with heavy consumer traffic and we’re able to optimise the service provided to you.

FTTC, or Fibre-to-the-Cabinet, provides speeds of up to 80mb/s download and 20mb/s upload using fibre optic technology to your street and copper thereafter.

FTTP, or Fibre-to-the-Premises provides speeds of up to 1gb/s using fibre optic technology directly to your premises.

Assured broadband is ideal for those who use VoIP telephone systems and want to ensure they preserve the quality of calls. By using assured broadband, the bandwidth (amount of data going down the line) is managed to optimise speed for data with no loss of call quality. The key benefit is that smaller businesses can get the most out of a single telephone and broadband line, something which traditionally would require multiple lines at additional expense.

Ethernet, G.Fast & MPLS are suited for larger business or those that require additional capacity or guaranteed uptime, ethernet connectivity is the preferred option, providing speeds of up to 10Gbps and maximum reliability. These options are ideal for larger organisations over 20 users, or those that make extensive use of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
All of these services (Ethernet, G.Fast & MPLS) include a Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring 24/7/365 uptime and guaranteed resolution targets in the event of a fault, ideal for businesses who rely on connectivity for their business operations.
