Founder & CEO
I’m the CEO here, that pretty much means I’m responsible for driving the business forwards and striving for growth and success… as well as dealing with all those problems and challenges that crop up!
Bethan Liddell
Head of Business Support
As Head of Business Support I am responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office, all things admin & billing, internal HR & team agony Aunt/Mum.
Liam Torrance
Service Manager
I’m the Service Manager, I’m responsible for overseeing Service delivery and making sure this area of the company runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, offering help and guidance and adhering to customer SLA’s and ticket escalations where needed.
Louise Cryer
Partner Success Manager
I am responsible for ensuring our partner’s needs are met and that they are getting value out of their strategic partnership with us. I am also responsible for growing the telecoms arm of the business; having used to be a telecoms engineer, I love to get involved with the telecoms projects.

Head of Telecoms
As Head of Telecoms my role is to introduce our partners to modern telephony options fit for a modern workplace and the demands of a mobile and disparate workforce.

As Service Desk Team Lead I keep a close eye on the service requests that come into us, making sure that tickets are effectively and quickly allocated to engineers, as well as supporting both the Service Desk and Projects Team with issue resolution.
