New team member, Calum Challenger, excels in first few months with Team Metalogic

Calum Challenger joined Team Metalogic at the beginning of 2021 in the role of Junior Service Desk Engineer. Since then, he’s excelled in his first few months with the company.

Team Metalogic is committed to hiring, and working with, fresh talent. The company is devoted to helping their employees grow and develop in their career in IT, and Calum is just one hardworking individual who has benefited from the company’s ethos.

As part of Team Metalogic’s commitment to training and development, Calum has recently passed two highly-accredited certifications in just one week. These include the CompTIA A+, and the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900.

Both these certifications will allow Calum to continually grow in his career in IT, as well as provide excellent services to clients at Team Metalogic.

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) is considered one of the IT industry’s top trade associations. Now being CompTIA A+ certified means that Calum has a thorough understanding of the crucial fundamentals of computer hardware and software.

It’s a certification built by experts within the IT industry, meaning that Calum has plenty of knowledge to expertly deal with IT requests and issues.

As opposed to focusing on hardware and software, passing the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 exam requires you to have an excellent understanding surrounding cloud computing services. Attaining this certification means that Calum is highly skilled in cloud services and concepts, including Azure services, privacy, cloud networking, application support, and more.

This is especially fantastic because Team Metalogic provides a range of cloud computing services. Calum’s proven expertise means he can offer the best and most up-to-date information and practical advice for all clients.

Commenting on Calum’s recent achievements, Mike Parfitt, CEO of Team Metalogic, called it “an absolute incredible effort!”

With Calum’s knowledge and skills expanding, he is able to continually provide an exceptional service to all Team Metalogic’s clients. Attaining both of these highly-accredited IT certifications proves that Calum is a huge asset to the organisation and will continue to go far in his career.

Team Metalogic has no doubt that he will only grow and develop further as he continues learning and working with the Cardiff-based managed IT services company.
