We constantly monitor your systems using our suite of tools, and make proactive recommendations to improve your IT performance, before they become an issue.

Our managed IT package offers a bundle of services that you can see listed below. We don’t cap your remote support hours (that’s right, they’re unlimited), and for a flat fee per user, you’ll receive all of the following.

Remote Support

We can resolve most issues without being in front of your device, meaning your computer downtime is kept to a minimum. We also don't believe in capping your IT support hours - with our Managed IT Services package, your entire team gets unlimited remote support over the phone or via email.

We’ll respond within one business hour for critical issues, and within four hours for non-critical issues.

If anything does go wrong, simply give us a ring and we'll evaluate the level of urgency and then start fixing it in the most appropriate time.

On site support

We provide on-site support for problems that can’t be solved remotely. In these cases, we’ll come out to you at no extra cost.

We don’t keep you waiting if you need us on-site urgently. For critical issues that require on-site support, our technicians will respond in a maximum of one business day. And for any non-critical issues, we’ll be with you in just five business days.

24/7/365 Support

Business isn't just 9-5 and neither are we. We provide monitoring and support for critical systems 24/7/365.

Using our advanced monitoring software, we can identify issues day or night, and respond quickly. With our dedicated service and high attention to detail, you never have to worry about your business’ IT going down.

Should the worst happen in the dead of night, combined with our out-of-hours fixes, we can fix it straight away.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is the best form of damage control. Your Managed IT Services package includes a monthly program of scheduled preventative maintenance.

This service means that we can solve problems before they impact you, and stop attacks or other mishaps from taking place.

We save you time, hassle and money, and enable you to concentrate on the important things - your business. The expert tools that we use for preventative maintenance are used around-the-clock to constantly protect and benefit your business.

As part of your preventative maintenance services, we also offer consultancy discussions every six months.

Service Desk

Our technical team makes up a fully supported Service Desk.

Our fully-trained and qualified team has a broad range of talents and technical skills that benefit you. We’re also supported by Microsoft and other leading vendors, meaning that we’re capable of solving any IT issue.

As part of Team Metalogic’s Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program, our staff are also continually upgrading their understanding and knowledge.

We provide you with expert industry-leading knowledge. Simply contact our service desk and we’ll be there to help.


In addition to our Service Desk, as a partner of Team Metalogic, you and your business benefit from the power of our Network Operations Centre. The NOC is made up of over 800 engineers across multiple time zones, so assistance is on hand to solve any problem, any time.

The NOC means we can maintain and fix business-critical hardware outside of normal working hours. This means we sort updates and reboots at a time that won’t disrupt you and your working.
